The room will be fully renovated and ready to use. You will have all the furnitures and bed shown in the pictures for your stay.
Close to restaurants such as Bergamot, Dali and Kabab, city Slicker's Cafe, Zoe's Chinese Restaurant, and Pho'n Rice.
New washer and Dryer in the basement. High speed internet paid by landlord.
$1200/month plus utilities ($50/per month ave.)
