春季出租房屋 租期一年 仅限女生 I am subletting my room in Dartmouth Street starting from January to fall 2019 with the option to extend the lease. The room comes with furnitures and there’s a washing machine and a dryer in the basement. The room is 765/month plus utilities excluding water. Utilities vary depending on the season. You will be sharing the entire unit with two other girls. The unit has two floors. Two bedrooms are on the top floor (you will be living in one of them), and the last bedroom plus the kitchen and the bathroom are on the bottom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an over-the-range microwave. The location is absolutely bees knees. Only 10-15 mins walking distance to Brandeis campus. Other places such as Hannaford Supermarket, CVS and Walgreens, Main Street, and Moody Street are also close by. Right outside of the unit you"ll find buses that can you take all the way to Chinatown, Newton, and downtown Boston. On the back of the house, there is the beautiful Nipper Maher Park for a regular morning jog or just a casual walk if you want.
