E-Commerce Operation Assistant Manager Job Description

This
position is responsible for daily front end production and post-sale
order management operations. Provide a best-in-class online
experience is critical, as the website is both a primary sales
channel, and also the primary communication of our brand. The ideal
candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter and team player. You
will be responsible for all aspects of content auditing, customer
service, inventory and order fulfillment/management operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily
website operations including order process and fulfillment, customer
service, e-commerce platform communication and maintenance, quality
control;

Responsibility
for e-Commerce back end operations including order flow and
execution on the shipping promise, coordination with the warehouse
or logistics vendor, and problem order resolution;

Quickly
learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer
solutions;

Develop
operation strategy thorough data analytic and support optimization
activities;

Inventory
check in and Inventory management;

Digital
marketing content auditing;

Multitasking
through multiple systems to search for order information, related
products and etc;

Performs
other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor
degree in management or related fields;

2
years experience of logistics and warehouse management;

2
years of e-commerce operation experience;

E-Commerce
experience including the planning and execution of web content
changes, promotions, merchandising, inventory and shipping;

Excellent
support including after hours incident management, issue triage, and
business communication;

Vendor
management including performance tracking to SLAs, business reviews,
and negotiations;

Excellent
attention to detail to ensure quality across all browser and device
types

Must
have a strong project orientation, works well with deadlines, good
follow up and follow through skills;

Be
able to work internally with eCommerce team and other internal and
external stakeholders;

Excellent
logistics and warehouse management skills;

Job
