Brighton $750/room,looking for Chinese roommates to practice Mandarin

I am looking for female Chinese roommates in a 4-bedroom apartment in Brighton, MA, starting from September 1st, 2018. I speak English and Korean fluently and speak Mandarin at an intermediate level (and also Turkish at a beginner's level). If you want to practice English or Korean at home after work or school, I invite you in!

A Little about Me:

• A female Korean American in her early 30s
• A full-time researcher at a hospital in the downtown Boston area
• Lived in Beijing, Hong-Kong, Taipei, and Xi'an
• Loves to learn about other cultures and careers
• Likes to hike, dance, and sing (in a choir) for leisure

Would Prefer (in a roommate):

• Women
• Mandarin-speaking
• Who will stay longer than a year
• Non-smokers
• Young professionals or graduate students
• Collaborative in cleaning
• Open with communication (doesn't matter if you're outgoing or shy)

The House:

• 4-bedroom (1 person per room)
• Shared space: kitchen, pantry space, living room, bathroom, front & back porches
• Basement: Storage space & coin-operated laundry machines
• On the 3rd floor of the building
• Hardwood flooring
• Very responsive and kind landlord who lives close to our house
• Our landlord will be installing a 2nd bathroom in the apartment soon
• No pets, smoking, or drugs allowed in the building

Rent, Deposit Fee, & Cost:

• Monthly rent: $750 per bedroom (annual lease)
• One-time deposit fee: last month's rent ($750)
• Estimated monthly utilities (internet, gas, and electricity): $90 per bedroom
• Monthly parking fee (if you need one): $100 per car
• No broker fee

Close to:
• Green Line B: 1-min walk from Sutherland Road station
• Green Line C: 15-min walk from Cleveland Circle station
• Green Line D: 17-min walk from Reservoir station
• Gym: 1-min walk away
• The Reservoir: 15-min walk away (great for running outside!)
• Small grocery store, pizza joint, and cafe: 2-min walk away
• A mini-park right outside the apartment where there are benches and a grill for outdoor barbeque (usually not used except during holidays)

Neighborhood Vibe:

• Safe & pretty quiet
• Mostly young professionals
