VP/ SALE MANAGER

1丶Master degree or above in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical or related areas, Doctor degree preferred
2丶Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry, previous experience working in a manufacturer preferred.
3丶Proven success in exceeding sales targets in CDMO business
4丶Experience in project management, presentation and sales skill
5丶Independent trouble shooting capability, self-starter, enthusiasm & energetic.
6丶Good communication skill and able to work effective in a team
(1) Responsible for CDMO business development;
(2) Establish partnership with customers that are mainly Biotech companies in Boston area, and maintain good customer service and relationship;
(3) Realize sales target in North America;
(4) Collect and analyze market data to identify new markets and market trends in the business;
(5) Identify and highlight potential threats and opportunities to improve the overall understanding on markets.
(6) Support the sales & marketing department in organizing internal and external meetings with clients as well as team excellence in practice.
(7) Monitor competitors/ peer companies, and provide update documents on regular basis.
