Rooms are for a single individual who is a student or a prefessional with full time job who is financially stable and easy going. No drugs, no smoking or vaping, no pets, no visitors, no late nights and no kid. There will be a lease agreement that needs to be signed.

The rooms has pretty hard wood floor and is furnished with a twin-size bed. Shared living room, dining area, kitchen and lundry room furnished with sofas, dining table, chairs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer.
