Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager must be fluent in reading and writing Chinese to oversee our company's financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to guide strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Perform and Oversee daily bookkeeping activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.Develop and manage the annual budgeting process. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports on variances. Conduct financial forecasting and develop long-term financial plans.Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance Requirements: Must be fluent in reading and writing Chinese Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management or a related role. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
