We are looking for a single
roommate to share a big and nice 3BR apartment in Malden. Features of the bedroom:

5. It takes 5 minutes to walk to
Orange T, 20 minutes get to Downtown, 35 minutes get to MGH,35 minutes get to
Northeastern University.

cable of TV and cool water fee (landlord cover an certain expense) . Utilities
shared (gas and electricity), which is about $50/month/person as a whole
year.
