The unit is located close to the center of Billerica. 6 minutes drive to Billerica High school, 6 minutes drive to Route 3, 3.3 miles to the Billerica - Bedford bike trail, 5 miles to the Bruce Freeman bike trail. Has multiple great restaurants close by, such as Sichuan Gourmet, Turnpike Market, Augusta Market, etc.

Central Air Conditioning/heat. In-unit laundry, including one off street, designated free parking spot. No smoking allowed.
Owner pays for water/sewer and internet. Tenant and owner shall split the gas & electricity cost. Move in date flexible. No broker fee. cat-lover preferred. First month and one month security deposit expected for move in.
