房子的采光很好，大落地窗，让房子充满阳光的味道。
这个区是波士顿周边最安全的区，犯罪率最低。同时交通又是非常便利的。近93高速公路，房子附近还有地铁。这个区内自然风光非常优美。有超大的自然湖水公园。每天过来运动的居民络绎不绝。还有国家森林公园。最值得一提的是这里的小学，中学还有高中的评分几乎是满分，非常适合家庭居住。很多家庭都是从孩子出生一直到大学毕业都不选择搬家。
